The IEEE ADYPU Conference follows a strict plagiarism policy to uphold academic integrity and ensure originality in all submitted works. Plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, will not be tolerated.
Acceptable Similarity Index
All submitted manuscripts will be checked using plagiarism detection tools. Papers with a similarity index above 20% will be automatically rejected.
Types of Plagiarism Considered Unacceptable
- Copying text, figures, or ideas from another work without proper citation.
- Reusing one's own previously published work without acknowledgment (self-plagiarism).
- Using AI-generated content without proper verification and modifications.
- Submitting work that has been translated from another language without proper citation.
Consequences of Plagiarism
Any paper found to have violated the plagiarism policy will be rejected immediately. If plagiarism is detected after publication, the paper will be retracted, and the authors will be blacklisted from future conferences.
Best Practices to Avoid Plagiarism
- Always provide proper citations and references.
- Use quotation marks for direct quotes.
- Summarize and paraphrase content in your own words.
- Use plagiarism detection tools before submission.
